When you use features like smoothing, reshaping, or other enhancements, our AI may process facial data points (like the location of eyes, nose, or mouth) either locally on your device or temporarily in our secure cloud servers to power these editing features.

This facial data is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties unless you explicitly opt in to help us improve our AI through training purposes. Most processing happens temporarily just to create your desired edits, then the data is discarded. You maintain complete control over your content and can withdraw AI consent or request deletion of any data at any time through your privacy settings.

Facetune only allows users aged 13 and older to use our services, in compliance with international age-of-consent laws (subject to prenatal consent). We only collect data of children under 13 if their parents upload such content (with their consent) and we do not use it for anything other than our provided services. If we discover that a user under this age has provided personal information, we immediately delete it from our systems.
